Benson Technology Group (a local business) provides automated answering service for CFA locations in the Carolinas and Georgia. A listing of these is below. 

The automated answering system frees up your busy staff from having to take certain calls. With this system you will never miss catering call opportunities. The system can be programmed to route calls in just about any fashion that you desire. Also, you have the option to have an app that will allow an extension to be on your cell phone. We provide 3 distinct phone lines that will allow you to have 3 simultaneous calls. Thus no one will ever receive a busy signal. 

Benson Technology Group has developed a package for Chick-fil-a. This includes 3 phones, each having their own line, allowing you to make 3 simultaneous calls. You can also have the extension app on your cell phone if desired. We set up a main greeting to your specifications. The greeting voice can be a professional recording done by a radio personality. The system also has system generated voices that can be used. Most CFA units have used the following call routing for the store; however, this can be done in any fashion you choose. 

This routes the call to the store phones. If no answer the call goes to a VM box, and an email with the message is sent to any destination you choose. Cell phone, computer etc. A couple stores are sending the calls during certain periods to a call center set up by CFA to take the catering order. This is very easy to setup.

The call is routed to a mailbox. The person leaves a message, and an email is sent to the Marketing Director. Some of the operators that have 2 stores send the message from both stores to this box. This can be programmed in any fashion you choose.

Many times, this is a message with instruction on how to apply for employment. This can be programmed as you please.

This routes the call to the phones first. If no answer it goes to a voice mail box and then the notification is done via email notification.

Some stores have added this function for employees to call so they are not routed to the General Mailbox, but a dedicated store box. This helps for call outs and other store issues.

The monthly recurring cost is $56.70. This includes ALL taxes and fees. There is NO CONTRACT. This is a month-to-month agreement. 

We will provide 2 WIFI phones. 2 are portable wireless phones and 1 is a VoIP desk set. This is a cost of $406.00
